Privacy policy

Guests: when you send a booking request we save your name, phone number, dates, number of guests and optional message. Reviews you publish show your first name and initial.

Owners: your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), display name, WhatsApp number and the details and photos of your listings.

"Notify me": if you ask to be told when a place opens in a region, we keep your email or WhatsApp number, the region and the type of place, and contact you once about it.

"Find me a place": we keep your name, WhatsApp number and what you asked for, to look for a place and reply to you on WhatsApp. We may share your dates and group size, never your number, with owners we ask.

Your request is shared only with the owner of the place you asked about, so they can reply to you. We use owners' contact details to send booking requests, account emails and reminders from info@weekendna.com.

We don't sell personal data and we don't share it with advertisers.

Photos uploaded by owners are resized and stripped of hidden data such as GPS location before they are published.

We use one cookie to keep owners signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages and listings are useful (Google receives your IP address and browser details). Saved places are stored only in your own browser. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Our forms are protected from spam and bots by Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the page is used; Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.

Booking requests are kept so owners and guests can refer back to them. After two years we remove the guest's name and phone number from them. "Notify me" requests are deleted a month after we have told you, or after one year. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

To see, correct or delete your data, write to info@weekendna.com.
