How booking works on Weekendna
Weekendna connects you directly with the owners of chalets, villas and wedding venues across Lebanon. There is no online payment and no booking fee.
How do I book a chalet or villa?
Pick your dates on the listing's calendar and send a request. WhatsApp opens with your dates, number of guests and request number already written. The owner replies to you directly and confirms.
Do I pay on the website?
No. You never pay Weekendna. You agree the deposit and payment with the owner, usually by bank transfer, OMT/Whish or in cash on arrival.
Is the calendar up to date?
Owners update their own calendar, and dates booked through Weekendna or synced from Airbnb and Booking.com are blocked automatically. Each listing shows when the calendar was last updated.
Why not just message a chalet page on Instagram?
On Weekendna you see the free dates, the real prices for weekdays and weekends, and reviews from guests who actually stayed, before you send anything. Then you continue with the owner on WhatsApp, with no booking fee.
How do wedding venues work?
Venues don't show a price. Pick your date, enter the number of guests and ask for a quote on WhatsApp. The venue replies with its packages and price.
Can I trust the reviews?
Yes. Only guests whose stay was confirmed by the owner get a review link. Owners can reply once, but they can't edit or remove reviews.
What if the owner doesn't reply?
Requests without an answer expire after 48 hours, so you can book another place. Owners who don't answer requests rank lower in search.
